Flattering to different body shapes and sizes, these tunic-dresses helpfully skim over the bits we want skimmed over! Comfortable to layer over thick jumpers/sweaters when it’s cold, because of the deep armholes and neckline. Elegant over thinner tops when it’s warmer. Wear as a tunic over trousers or leggings, or as a sweater-dress.
More about my swing dresses and waistcoats…
These women’s swing dresses have a lovely drape and are easy to wear. They are knitted in 30% merino wool 33% cotton 20% silk 17% nylon (charcoal) and 30% merino wool 33% silk 20% linen 17% nylon (all other colours).
They are fully washable and easy to look after. No need to dry clean.

Who can wear my wool-silk swing dresses?
these dresses are a flowy flattering style so they are good for most body shapes as they skim over the ‘lumps and bumps’(!)
they are flattering if you have an ‘apple’ body shape - that is, if you have a less defined waist, and/or perhaps a longer waist - because these dresses have longer fuller skirts
in my case I’m the classic British pear shape - narrow shoulders and wider hips - so I absolutely love wearing my swing dresses as they disguise the bits I prefer to keep hidden…
How to wear my wool-silk swing dresses?
the deep armholes and v neckline make it easy to layer these over polos and other warmer tops in autumn/winter, but also comfortable to wear over a silky blouse
wear it as a dress over a camisole
layer it over another (longer) dress
wear as a tunic over trousers, leggings, or thick tights
dress it up with jewellery and chic sandals or down with chunky sneakers or trainers
Easy-to-wear cocoon sweater, jumper or tunic with a subtle undulating knitted texture

Stylish, relaxed, and light to wear with a soft texture. Layer over sleeveless, or something with sleeves when it’s cooler - either way because of the way I shape the armholes, your upper arms are covered.

A stylish and dramatic cotton and linen sleeveless layering wrap coat or waistcoat - no wool
Each wrap is wool free, and unique, with a texture which comes from knitting two carefully chosen yarns together. It’s popular as a holiday layering piece because it’s so flexible… wear over sleeved or sleeveless thinner tops for warmer days and evenings, or pop it over thicker, warmer layers to be snug and warm.
