Mine is a one-person business so your call may be answered by the machine instead of reaching me in person. For example, if I’m knitting or dyeing something complicated I often don’t answer the telephone while I’m working.
If you hear my answer phone when you call instead of reaching me in person, please leave a message including your name and telephone number, a brief idea of what you’re calling about, and the date and time you called. I'll be in touch as soon as I can.
Remember - you'll almost always get a faster reply if you send me an email instead of telephoning as emails will reach me even when I'm not in the office.
