More about my zig zag cardigan jackets…

The denim options soften and fade with washing and wearing, in exactly the same way that jeans do.

The model in the first picture is 5’ 9” tall and UK 12-14 she wears size medium ‘charcoal’ denim jacket/cardigan fastened with one of my handmade brooches.

The older model wearing the ‘charcoal’ and ‘blue’ denim jackets is approx 5’5” and is size 100cm bust/39.5inches bust and is wearing size medium in all the pictures.

  • Charcoal denim and blue denim are knit in 100% cotton denim yarn which fades and softens with washing and wearing (like jeans).

Rich warm red, bright blue, dark navy, indigo, and green are knit in 60% cotton 40% silk yarn.

Washable - see garment care for full details.

  • Model in the first picture wearing the charcoal denim jacket/cardigan is approx 5’9” tall and UK 12-14

Model wearing charcoal denim and blue denim jackets has bust measuring 100cm/39.5”, and is approx 5’5” tall, wears size medium.

Model wearing indigo cotton silk version is UK 10, approx 5’8” tall, wears size medium.

Length at centre back of charcoal denim is 62cm, blue denim is 56cm.

Length at centre back of cotton silk cardigans is 58-60cm.

Find your size on my size guide or ask me for advice (it’s best to check your current measurements so you choose the right size).

If you would like me to advise on size/fit, please get in touch with your height, bust measurement, and the colour you are interested in.

  • Knitted clothes and accessories are probably the perfect example of ‘slow fashion’. I believe that we should choose the clothing we buy carefully, select items which will last, ideally keep them for years, and know how to look after each piece.

And because I knit only very small quantities of each piece, wastage is reduced, and production is more sustainable. Nothing is made in the far east, everything is handmade in Britain, slowly and carefully, and made to last.

I’m delighted to say that some of my customers are still wearing knits they bought from me 20 years ago.
