Knitted swing hem tunic-dress or tunic-waistcoat

Knitted swing hem tunic-dress or tunic-waistcoat

The elegant shape and soft fabric drapes beautifully - they are versatile, easy to dress up or down, and easy to wear. Each colour is made up of two toning or contrasting yarns to give the random subtle texture - so no two are ever quite alike. There are two options - open front (waistcoat) or closed front (dress/tunic).

Open front (waistcoat)
I prefer knitwear with clean uncluttered lines and I like to chose where the fastening goes (high or low), so I make the waistcoats with no fastenings. You can wear it open or fastened with a brooch - I’ve used my button brooches and decorated kilt pins in some of the pictures, and these are available to choose as an option - see button brooches and kilt pins or you can fasten with one from your own brooch collection.

Closed front (tunic/dress)
The closed front option can be worn as a dress, or as a tunic over trousers or leggings.
