More about my swing wrap cardigan jackets…

These lovely wrap cardigan jackets are soft, light and easy to wear. They are knitted in 65% cotton 35% linen or 100% cotton.

They are fully washable and easy to look after. No need to dry clean. See garment care for details.

At the moment I have one of these jackets in stock in black/ecru. It’s with sleeves, and one size - which fits from smaller (UK 12) up to larger (UK size 16-18).

  • Black-ecru in ‘one size’ (approx UK 12-18) is 100% cotton. No wool in these jackets so totally non-itchy

Washable - see garment care for full details

  • 'Invisible mannequin' used for pictures is approx UK size 12

I've seen this jacket looking great on UK 10 to UK 18 and on heights from 5'3" to 5'10"

Length at centre back approx 68cm (excl collar)

These jackets are usually one-size as the style is so flexible

If you’re smaller the jacket fronts overlap more

If you’re larger the fronts overlap slightly less

The drape is elegant on all sizes

If you would like me to advise on size/fit, please get in touch with your height, bust measurement, and the colour you are interested in

  • Knitted clothes and accessories are probably the perfect example of ‘slow fashion’. I believe that we should choose the clothing we buy carefully, select items which will last, ideally keep them for years, and know how to look after each piece.

And because I knit only very small quantities of each piece, wastage is reduced, and production is more sustainable. Nothing is made in the far east, everything is handmade in Britain, slowly and carefully, and made to last.

I’m delighted to say that some of my customers are still wearing knits they bought from me 20 years ago.

My sleeveless version of these wrap jackets is available to order. You can see a picture of the sleeveless jackets above. Delivery is usually 4 weeks from date of order. Price is £179. Delivery within the UK mainland is complimentary.
