More about the wrap and tie cardigan jacket

You can remove the ties to wear it open and let the fronts roll, or fasten it with your favourite brooch. The cuffs fold up to show a different stripe pattern if you wish.

These semi-fitted cardigans are soft, light and easy to wear. They are knitted in 50% merino wool 25% silk 25% nylon.

They are washable and easy to look after - I recommend hand washing. No need to dry clean. See garment care for details.

  • This is a semi-fitted style.

    Models were approx UK size 10-12 and wear size medium

    Length at centre back is approx 56cm (excl collar)

  • Knitted clothes and accessories are probably the perfect example of ‘slow fashion’. I believe that we should choose the clothing we buy carefully, select items which will last, ideally keep them for years, and know how to look after each piece.

    And because I knit only very small quantities of each piece, wastage is reduced, and production is more sustainable. Nothing is made in the far east, everything is handmade in Britain, slowly and carefully, and made to last.

    I’m delighted to say that some of my customers are still wearing knits they bought from me 20 years ago.
